We say we're the must fun event venue  in surrey for groups looking for a space to entertain young children and allow the adults to join in on the fun. Our Centre has been created with sensory processing at the forefront of its design. There are multiple areas to play, learn, & imagine, which accommodates and challenges children of various abilities and interests.

Groups of 4 children charged in a single transaction pay $13 per child.

  • -50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • -Deposit is non-refundable and must be made by credit card. If you provide at least 14 days notice, you may apply your deposit to any available date or time within the next two months. Any event cancelled with less than 14 days notice be charged in full for their party package.
  • -A We Play Party Host will call 7 business days prior to your party to finalize your booking details and confirm the remaining payment including payment for add ons
  • -Remainder of payment, including add ons, will be taken using the credit card on file 7 business days prior to event
  • -If another form of payment is being used for the remainder of the payment due, this must be confirmed with a We Play representative and the payment must be processed, in full, 7 business days prior to event
  • -Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes early, as you may not be able to access the facility until your scheduled start time.
  • -All children must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian prior to play.
  • -No alcohol is permitted.
  • -We Play is a nut-free facility.
  • -Add ons including food, balloons, crafts, gift bags and themes, must be ordered at least 1 week prior to event.
  • -Children must wear anti socks or bare feet. Adults must wear socks.
  • -It is the responsibility of the party organizer to supervise the children attending the party.
  • -The party organizer will be responsible for any damage to the property and will be charged for any/all damages to the credit card on file for the event.
  • -We Play assumes no responsibility for the damage or loss of any articles left at the property prior to, during, or following the event.
  • -Guests and party items (food, decorations, etc.) must be cleared by the end of the scheduled party time. This allows staff to clean and prepare for following parties or events. Failure to exit party and clear party items may result in an overtime fee.
